To make sure we’re all on the same page and our dogs stay safe and well cared for, please read and agree to the following:

By submitting this application, I confirm that all information provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that fostering a dog through WoofPack does not make me the legal owner of the dog, and that all medical, behavioral, and rehoming decisions remain at the sole discretion of WoofPack Rescue.

I understand that any false information, misrepresentations, or omissions on this application may result in the immediate termination of my foster agreement, and I agree to return the dog to WoofPack if requested.

I agree to hold WoofPack harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses — to people, property, or pets — that may arise, directly or indirectly, from my role as a foster under this agreement, including incidents that may involve negligence on my part or otherwise.

I also agree to keep WoofPack informed of any emergencies or concerns regarding the foster dog — including illness, injury, escape, behavioral issues, or other urgent matters — as soon as possible.
